Depending on the complexity of the medical issues your case may be completed within 12 months (where we have a clear idea of your prognosis) or it may take as long as 3 or 4 years to bring your case through trial.

It is only rarely that the Defendants fight a case all the way through trial, in the majority of cases we are able to obtain full compensation for you well before a theoretical trial date.
