We will arrange for the investigation to take place at no charge to you or your child.

Your child is likely to be eligible for Public Funding to investigate the cause of their cerebral palsy and whether medical mistakes caused or contributed to your child's cerebral palsy.  Please do contact us and we can talk through the specifics of your child's case.  

If we are reopening a case that has previously been investigated while there is no charge for our time it may be necessary to obtain a further medical report before public funding can be reinstated.  In these cases we will review the papers and then discuss the issues with you free of charge.  You will then be able to decide how best to proceed with the full free specialist review of the documentation.
