CONDITIONAL FEE AGREEMENT (NO WIN NO FEE)
We are one of the very few firms who can guarantee to you absolutely no charge for investigating and bringing your claim.
The law behind conditional fee agreements is complex. The result however is that we are able to guarantee to you that there will be no charge to you whether your case is successful or unsuccessful.

GOVERNMENT FUNDING SCHEME (LEGAL AID)
The government runs a funding scheme for medical negligence cases through the Legal Services Commission. This scheme aims to help children and people with limited finances get access to justice.
Under the scheme the Legal Services Commission will pay for the cost of bringing your claim. When your claim is successful the Legal Services Commission is repaid by the defendant in addition to the defendant paying you your compensation.
Depending on your finances the Legal Services Commission may ask you to make a small contribution to the cost of bringing your claim. This is generally repaid to you at the end of the claim when your claim is successful. If unsuccessful the Legal Services Commission retain the payments as a contribution to the costs of the claim.

LEGAL EXPENSE INSURANCE
This is an insurance policy often provided free with other insurance policies, or may be available through union or other membership schemes.
Attached to a household contents, motor insurance, or credit card insurance policy some insurers include insurance against the costs of legal fees in bringing a clinical negligence claim.
These polices generally meet the full costs of your bringing a medical negligence claim.
