Darbys Solicitors' aim is to get cerebral palsy compensation for your child not only for the suffering that has been caused but also to improve his or her independence and quality of life. This could mean you need a more appropriate home or car, full time care or assistance as well as support and help for their education. We are nationally regarded experts in gaining compensation for families who have been affected by medical negligence leading to cerebral palsy.

Cerebral palsy is an umbrella term used to define non-progressive conditions which primarily affect the body's movements and is often associated with cognitive impairment. The word cerebral from the cerebellum and palsy being the paralysis of uncontrolled movement of muscles. While the injury to the brain does not get worse the presenting condition can deteriorate if appropriate therapies and aids are not consistently provided.

Our client stories are the best way to show you what we can do not only to help, but also to convey the experience of families like yours in dealing with cerebral palsy and the litigation process.
