Richard Money-Kyrle

Richard has exclusively represented patients and families in Clinical Negligence claims for over 12 years.

Richard is recognised as a leading solicitor and quoted by his clients and industry observers as a "bright, energetic and likeable lawyer” and "incredibly hard working - his clients love him for it.” (Chambers UK a Client's Guide to the Legal Profession)

Richard is both a Law Society (2002) and AvMA (Action Against Medical Accidents) (2001) clinical negligence referral panel solicitor.

Richard has served as both secretary and coordinator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) regional group, the Central England West, (1999 - 2004) and has been appointed one of APIL's senior litigators. 

Richard acts for patients and families across all areas of medical discipline as well as helping junior members of the team develop their skills and lecturing on issues associated with medical negligence litigation.

    

Richard is married with a daughter and enjoys horse riding, mountain biking, windsurfing, and taking part in triathlons.
