Rebecca Kashti

Rebecca is a Partner and leads the Private Client Team.

Rebecca is a law graduate from the University of Kent, was admitted as a solicitor in 1992, and is a member of The Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.

Rebecca specialises in Court of Protection work and issues of mental capacity.  Her work load includes applications to the Court of Protection for Statutory Wills, Deputyship and general Court Orders.  

Rebecca advises on the preparation of Lasting Powers of attorney and General Powers of Attorney.

Rebecca also advises on and manages Personal Injury Trusts, Wills, Tax Planning and Estate and Trust administration.

In her spare time Rebecca enjoys playing tennis, both lawn and real.
